The trustees for Marisol Body Corporate have employed Paint and Allied for two projects at
Marisol.
These were:
• Refurbishing of wooden balcony railings consisting of sanding down and application of wood
preservative. Loose balcony brickwork, railing anchors, and wooden slats were also rectified.
• Rust removal and painting of palisade boundary fence and gates.
The work for both projects was carried out efficiently and completed on time. Communication
was good regarding progress on the work and plans for the next days.
When work was interrupted by wet weather efforts were made to minimize the impact of
these delays.
On completion of the two projects a report, with photos, was sent to the trustees describing
the conditions of railings and fence prior to refurbishing, the work done, and
recommendations for future maintenance.
We would highly recommend Paint and Allied.

This it to confirm that Paint & Allied completed a Painting Project at Royal Palms Body Corporate.
Their work is excellent. They send daily updates of where they are and what will be done the following
day.
They cleaned up as they went along, and we never had any complaints from owners that their staff was
rude or not doing their job. They were immensely helpful.
The workers were also easy to identify as they wore grey overalls.
At the end of the project, we received a final report showing all work done, before and after photos.
I would highly recommend them.
