Still there are some who believe that the companies in this industry have complicated structures and their business conduct is not competitive enough. This has often created confusion and mistrust of trustees and administrators by members whose funds are being mismanaged. As a result the government has promised to overhaul the retirement fund industry by 2010 and a bill called financial services laws general amendment bill has been tabled in parliament.In light of this how should administrators and trustees best manage funds to combat fraudulent activities?
