A fine, full-bodied South African Coffee, Assagay Coffee is an entirely family run business established in August 1991 on a 3-hectare coffee farm in the picturesque Assagay valley, Kwa-Zulu Natal province. Realising a growing demand to expand in 2004 we moved to Harrison near Inchanga Park / Cato Ridge and re-established a plantation on 100 hectares whilst still retaining the Assagay Coffee brand. Guided tours of the farm are available by booking. During the tour you will see everything to do with coffee farming and manufacturing, from the trees in the fields to the various processes and machinery involved in creating the perfect cup. Our Coffee House offers various beverages and homemade cakes to enjoy after your tour, as well as coffee related products. Please telephone 031 782 1268 for bookings.
