  Ukutshala Imali Property Share Investments Co-operative & Stokvel mainly focuses on investing in exceptionally high yield residential properties and uses the rental stream as a secondary investment in only very high interest bearing funds. We not only source prime properties in South Africa but abroad - UK and the United States, leveraging against foreign exchange and benefiting from the capital growth on the property. Members are able to effectively "own" a piece of prime yield property and also earn a second income stream through the group surplus invested funds. With two options available, our primary investment being properties, but members also have an option of investing their money in only the high interest fund. Group capital resources attract higher interest rates - all investments are low risk, high return. We are also in the position to assist our members to slowly purchase property with the view of this becoming their primary residence.

  Property Share specializes in High Return Structured Property investments within the Real Estate sector - Residential and/or Commercial. We utilize funds from our members to empower and create wealth. All of our Opportunities are structured, meaning every property opportunity is reviewed and approved by us on the merits of the returns and time frame of the opportunity. Property Share's main goal is to return the most growth / income to its members but we are also very specific about the duration of the property investment - focus being on Short Term, High Return opportunities. Our products consist of : 1. Co-Ownership arrangements (Joint Ownership) ; 2. Auction Opportunities and ; 3. Structured Property deals (Joint Ventures / Installment Sales / Development Participation / Turnkey Projects). We believe that Property is the Only Investment Class - safe, lucrative investments.
