Westfalia Mediterranean Avocado Oil
3 cups (750ml) assorted crispy seasonal vegetables, cut into strips
Crusty bread, to serve
1 Preheat oven to 180°C.
2 Toss all dukka ingredients together on a baking tray. Roast for 3-4 minutes or until fragrant.
3 Tip into a food processor and pulse until coarsely ground. Decant ½ cup of dukka mixture into a shallow bowl.
4 Mix equal amounts of oil and vinegar together in a shallow bowl.
5 Serve crudités and chunks of bread with oil mixture and dukka.
