An aqueous blend of surfactants formulated to remove oil and dirt from soiled surfaces.


Amount required will depend entirely on the degree to which the surface is soiled. On galvanized roof sheets scrub the surface with stiff bristle or nylon brushes. Wash with clean water and allow to dry before painting.


Can be used to clean a wide variety of substrates including floors, walls, machinery and domestic appliances. Dilution of up to 1:10 is possible for lightly soiled objects. For oily floors and galvanized roofs it is recommend that the product be used undiluted.


Water-based thus no solvent odour

In severe cases eg. Balconies or underground structures, the mixing rate can be increased to 10 litres per bag of cement. To a standard 3:1 plaster mixture use WeatherBond Enhance at a rate of 5 litres per bag of cement when wetting the mix. It increases the water-repellency of the coating as well as improving adhesion, abrasion resistance and flexibility.

A spreading rate of 6 - 10 square metres per litre is obtained on unpainted masonry substrates, and 8 - 10 square meters per litre on previously painted surfaces. Solvent based alkali-resistant primer for dry unpainted masonry substrates or on previously painted chalking surfaces.
