activities will be used to support the theory of Leadership & Management Training.
Throughout the programme emphasis is placed on continuous
self-evaluation and critically looking at success factors within own
departments and areas of responsibility. Participants are equipped with
practical skills and knowledge to understand the principles of both
personal and situational leadership. Skills are acquired to assist in
areas such as time management, delegation, resource management and

An overall assignment is given to each individual which will focus on:
Improving productivity and motivating people within their departments.
They will present these plans during module 4
days with a half day reinforcement follow up session 4 weeks after
completion of the initial Leadership & Management Training
programme. Free telephone interventions are available to all delegates
who complete the programme.
Leadership & Management Training requires a minimum of 10 and a Maximum of 12 participants.
