Day One

Creating New Growth Curves
Successful individuals/ companies are constantly searching for tools, which will give them the edge in what they do. We discuss proven techniques, which will assist in bolstering both workplace and personal performance.
Discussions will focus on global best practises, managing change, better time utilisation, creating a common culture, the challenges facing effective communication processes in the modern world and how to increase productivity by making maximum use of human capital.

Experiential Team Activity
A team activity which will re-enforce discussions thus far.

Change your energy levels – change your life
Health and wellness is without doubt the single most important asset any person could possess. If this is true then why is it that people pay so little attention to managing this asset better? We discuss concepts, which are guaranteed to increase energy levels significantly as well as improve overall health and vitality. A healthy body, healthy mind approach makes life a lot easier.

Managing Thought Processes
Even at the highest levels in an organisation people need a regular “check up from the neck up”. The only difference in people is the way they think. We explore effective ways of enhancing performance through “mind management”. During this session delegates will debate the “law of attraction” and how we all map out all our life experiences well before they even happen! Participants will discover how to live their lives with passion and joy – it’s purely a case of stepping into it!

Lunch

Attitude
This exercise is done in such a way that participants are able to do a self-analysis on their own individual attitudes and how results are affected through these. Emphasis is also put on how attitude affects areas such as personal pride, time management, communication, performance, relationships and other areas common to everyday life.


Day Two
 
Interpersonal skills
Based on the premise that businesses revolve around people it must surely be an asset for any individual to fully understand themselves and the different types of personalities that they would deal with on a day-to-day basis. Most people are different and therefore need to be treated differently in order to build trust relationships with them. Delegates are taught how to identify different personalities based on certain behavioural criteria and how to modify approaches in order to manage relationships effectively

Conflict Management
How to diffuse conflict and create win/win situations in a professional manner

Lunch

Stress Management
