PERSONAL TRAINING : Nadia van der Bank I am a independed Personal Trainer. We have a private facility situated in SomersetWest. We are trained and certified professionals who help and assist people meet their fitness and exercise goals.... We work with amateur (ordinary people) as well as with professional athletes who want to enhance their performance. We also work with clients that have a desire to loose weight, gain weight, muscle toning, strengthen muscles, increase muscle endurance and or their physical activity. We work with individuals or couples/2 people at a time, to help clients achieve greater levels of fitness. We teach people how to set their fitness goals, and then coach them toward achieving those goals.Throughout this process, we motivate our clients. We also give positive feedback and constructive criticism. There will be ups, downs, and plateaus, so we try to teach our clients methods on what to do and coach him/her through the tough times when she/he needs a little extra inspiration and encouragement.

FFF (FITNESS FIGHTING FANATICS: Jana Gouws, I am a qualified Karate Instructor.
