INITIAL: - Health screening and assessment, personal discovery of goals, preferences, time management - Waiver YOUR SESSION: - One hourly personal training sessions incorporating warm up and cool down - Body of workout based on clients needs/ expectations eg conditioning, strength, stretching, weight loss/gain or fitness - Body weight exercises will dominate the sessions - Clients personal gym equipment will be used unless otherwise instructed PAYMENT: - Price packages vary according to amount of sessions per package - Payment by eft or cash, proof of payment at assessment session - First session free of charge (1,5 hrs : One hour assessment + half hour mini workout)
