Personal training is a one on one, or one with a small group, exercise session where I as qualified fitness specialist will take you through a series of fitness components and exercises structured to achieving your health, wellness and fitness goals.
You will have full supervision throughout your session, which means everything from your technique, posture, intensity levels and your abilities will be monitored and adjusted accordingly. I will also help you with your nutritional needs in line with your goals.
If you feel frustrated that you are just not getting the results you want, then personal training can help you.
In certain circumstances it is better to work with a personal trainer/ fitness specialist than try and figure things out on your own.
The following is a list of the circumstances that would require a personal trainer:
