If karate is not your ideal sport and if weight loss and increased fitness is your goal, join our classes called "Healthy Weight". I believe one doesn't necessarily have to change our whole diet completely to achieve the desired results to maintain or get to our ideal weight or BMI. Metabolism plays an important part in weight loss but so does discipline and staina to continue. We can incorporate this into a fitness regime, without the karate, even though karate teaches these skills and also facilitates the stamina needed and increased metabolism. Enquire about our Health Weight program and we will show you. Please consult with your local G.P before entering ANY training regime or physical activity.
