After goals are set the clients is supported, encouraged and held accountable to achieve what they've set out to do. Coaches uses tools like life and work balance assessments to help clients gauge where they're at. Then asking powerful and probing questions gets the clients to think harder and reach higher than they've done on their own.
So coaching is about designing the ideal situation and then creating this ideal in reality. Even if you dont achieve exactly what you've out todo, the inprovements will astound you, and also motivate you towards greater achievement in the future.
