Printegration holds a wide selection of printer spares for most brands and specialises in the sale and distribution of Tally Genicom spares.
The Customer may choose to take out maintenance cover for printers, especially those in critical applications. Printegration offers both extended warranty agreements as well as annual maintenance agreements on Tally Genicom equipment as well as on other makes of printers.
Maintenance agreements can vary from full cover for all spares and on-site labour to periodic servicing of printers, depending on the Customer's requirements.
Help Desk services are offered to help Customers solve problems over the phone. This requires defining the problem accurately and recommending a solution. Where a problem cannot be solved by phone, Help Desk will ensure that a Printegration engineer is dispatched to help the Customer on-site.
Complex problems are attended to by Printegration engineers where printing is concerned. This may go well beyond the printer itself as the objective is always to solve the Customer's printing issues and problems.
Often Customers need to print more than usual during certain times of the year. To buy hardware to get through this period is seldom feasible. To help Customers, Printegration makes available rental machines to address this short term need.
Printers may also be rented or leased for long periods of up to three years, with ownership transferring to the Customer at the end of the rental period.
ManagementThis reporting is invaluable in optimizing existing printers and for planning and budgeting for new or replacement equipment. It also answers the question of "Where is the money going?".
Printegration offers a service where page counts are done periodically to provide the Customer with a complete report at month end showing printer loading and, where required, the cost of printing.
Where existing supply arrangements exist, Printegration is available to help the Customer achieve a better printing environment by providing consulting services.
Printegration has developed a unique Printer Strategy Model which allows the Customer to develop a medium to long term strategic plan for computer printing requirements. Printegration will train Customer's personnel to work with the Model and to implement the plan.
