I offer a comprehensive Career Guidance Assessment Service to enable you to make informed decisions regarding career choices and choices for tertiary study. The recommendations made in this assessment is based on the your results on a battery of assessment instruments which assessess personality, interests, aptitudes and values.

The comprehensive Career Guidance Assessment consist of the following Psychometric instruments :
• Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
• Strong Interest Inventory Revised
• Differential Aptitude Tests Form L
• Values and Motives Questionnaire
This assessment yields the following report:
A comprehensive description of your personality preferences based on your four letter MBTI personality type.
The MBTI identifies your personality preferences based on 4 dichotomies:
Extraversion – Introversion (Where you draw your energy from)
Sensing – Intuition (How you take in information)
Thinking – Feeling (Decision-making)
Judging – Perceiving (Orientation to external world)
A report containing career-exploration advice as well as an addendum giving general information about your MBTI personality type is included. Information included in this section of the report include how your personality preferences may manifest in the following areas:
Your personality type and Self Employment (optional)
A report based on the your Strong Interest Inventory Revised results and four letter MBTI personality type, which yields insights in the following fields :
- Occupational Themes
- Basic Interest Scales
Your interest code is established, consisting of your top 3 interest scoring fields in the Basic Interest Scale.

A complete Aptitude Profile which identifies your strong aptitudes. The Differential Aptitude Tests Form L assesses the following Aptitude Fields :
Clerical Speed and Accuracy
Spatial Visualization (3-D)
The DAT Form L also identifies your Educational Aptitude, focussing specifically on your performance on Verbal Reasoning and Numerical Reasoning. These two skills are also assessed by the National Benchmark Tests (NBT’s) that Universities require applicants to write when applying (the Academic and Quantitative Literacy [AQL] test).
A Strengthsfinder report. The Strengthsfinder identifies and provides more insight into your top 5 talent themes, identified from a possible 34 talent themes. This report provides insight into these talent themes and advice on how to incorporate them in your professional and personal lives.
A report indicating your most important work values you would strive towards in a working environment.
A summary section combining all of the above in which recommendations for possible careers and tertiary study opportunities are identified, as well as short descriptions of recommended careers from the O-NET website.
The cost of this comprehensive Career Guidance Assessment is R 2,500.00. I require a 50% deposit upon confirmation and booking of an assessment time in order to request the relevant answer sheets and computer-generated reports from my suppliers.
