Preparation of year-end documentation, including:

closing off the accounts for the annual audit (where necessary);

drafting the company Income Statement (to determine the financial performance of the company) and the Balance sheet (showing the financial position of the company);

asset depreciation and share capital transfers (where necessary);

preparing the books for submission to the auditors, and consulting with the auditors during the audit process;

compiling of year-end management reports, including cash flow summaries;

and the interpretation of the year-end financial statements, including the formulation of various indicative ratios (e.g. Profitability and Liquidity ratios).
