Standard documentation will not always suit the fluid and organic environment in which digital products are built, but having various contractors and stakeholders involved in one project means that communication errors are a given. To ensure that the Business Intelligence is sound and that your architects, designers and developers are all seeing the same vision, documents written in languages that everyone can understand, and more importantly, in a format they can use. Having completed a Business Analysis course at FTI, my theoretical understanding of traditional Business Analysis is strong, but there are elements of a digital project that require far more flexibility and adaptability than the traditional BA processes allow. Having been part of not only the design and development phases of many projects but also the business planning and strategy phases I know exactly how to communicate in such a way that all stakeholders understand the goals.
