Caron Leslie, joint broker/owner of RE/MAX, was thrilled to have Trevor as part of their agency. “Trevor embodies the quality principal that we seek to provide to our clients: he’ a highly educated, multi-awarded professional that knows the property market sideways and delivers a supreme level of service.”
His catchy slogan Talk to Trevor is known by all and he’s regularly in newspapers and magazines and discussed on the radio. From properties of R300 000 to R3 000 000 – from buyer to seller – his clients describe his performance and personality in the most glowing of ways: “Ours was a difficult home to sell. It was large and in a great position – but it needed a lot of work. Prior to giving Trevor the mandate, it had been on the market for 4 months! Trevor developed the most unbelievable marketing strategy, targeting rather developers and the guesthouse market – and sold the house within 2 days! I’ve told all our friends – locally and overseas – about his unique approach” says David and Brigitte Whitmore from West Beach.
“What sets Trevor apart is his profound attention to detail. As a buyer, if you tell him you have a dog , he asks what kind. If you say you have children, he asks how old. Then he targets his search for your home around that, your most intimate needs, – making sure that if you have a sheepdog, you don’t get grounds the size of a postage stamp! His service motto is equally inspiring: The answer’s yes – now ask me the question” says M. Pongolo of Parklands.
To enable him to bring his mandate and selling services to a broader client base, Trevor has hand-selected a group of premium estate agents to form TEAM TREVOR – some with more than 14 years experience, both locally and internationally.
Extremely active in community upliftment, Trevor has a Degree in Clinical Psychology and Communication Science ,with distinctions in both, and does voluntary counselling for the House Of Ruth, an upmarket shelter being built to house abused women and children.
