Neil Moir & Associates is a consulting company specializing in development facilitation, rational fire design engineering, building services and environmental assessments. We have in excess of 30 years of experience in engineering and building development, also being registered with SACAP, IFE (UK), IAIA (SA) and FPA (SA). Due to our experience and knowledge of the regulations and by-laws, as well as our continuous improvement and broadening of technical knowledge in terms of both local and international trends and regulations, we are able to facilitate Local Authority approvals for our clients, by resolving sometimes confusing interpretations of ambiguous regulations and policies laid down by the various authorities.

-Consultation with the local authority to ascertain their requirements and acceptance of the proposed rational design.
-Preparation of rational fire design documentation and drawings for Council
-Periodic site inspections and progress reports
-Final inspection and facilitation for the issue of the occupancy certificate
-Assisting the project team with the NEMA regulations and obtaining environmental authorizations
-Consultation with the local authority to ascertain their requirements and acceptance of the proposed environmental solutions.
