• Conduct legal compliance audits - Acts 85 & 130 of 1993
• Conduct Occupational Health & Safety risk assessments & inspections
• Conduct incident investigations - Completion of Annexure 1 &
• Development & implementation of SHEQ management system
• Compile all legal appointment letters as required by the Occupational
Health & Safety Act (OHS Act)
• Develop inspection schedules to assist client to comply with OHS Act.
We will then compile a comprehensive report detailing all findings and make recommendations that will enable our client to comply with the relevant legislation.
We will then team up with the client to develop and implement a management action plan and build capacity with the client’s staff.
