Vamoose Bird Repellent Gel can be applied to any type of surface, specifically those used by Birds as: • Roosting Areas • Nesting Areas • Primary Landing Areas • Secondary Landing Areas These would normally be places such as trusses, sprinkler pipes, beams, etc. Vamoose Bird Repellent Gel is applied to clean, dry surfaces. Being sticky, we then cover it with a specialised Vamoose Sealer, which prevents dust and dirt from being absorbed into the gel. It will take approximately 3 days for the Birds to vacate the area. They will also remember to stay away, as the treated areas are now associated with danger. Vamoose Bird Repellent Gel therefore changes roosting habits. Abnormally Heavy Bird Pressure In some instances, especially where a food source is available to the Birds, a particularly large flock of Birds will gather. Whilst Vamoose Bird Repellent Gel will still deter the Birds from these sites, the Birds will often persist in trying to re-establish themselves here. In these instances, Bird-pressure will often cause excessive wear of the product, to an extent where a re-application to sections of the area will definitely be necessary if the treatment is to be completely effective. We will undertake to re-treat these areas based on the cost of the product used, and the time taken for the re-application. Maintenance of Vamoose Bird Repellent Gel Under normal atmospheric conditions, Vamoose Bird Repellent Gel needs no maintenance at all. In dusty environs however, the dust itself will sometimes settle over the extruded Vamoose Bird Repellent Gel bead, and in some instances cover it entirely. In this case, the dust would need to be blown off the surfaces to re-expose the Vamoose Bird Repellent Gel. Removal of Vamoose Bird Repellent Gel If for any reason it is required that Vamoose be removed, (e.g. painting) the use of turpentine or any mineral spirits will dissolve the product effectively. Vamoose Bird Repellent Gel is guaranteed for Two (2) Years Vamoose is guaranteed to get rid of your Bird problem. This guarantee is straight forward in that if the Birds are not repelled from the surfaces treated with Vamoose, the product will be reapplied free-of-charge. When we apply our products, it is applied in strict accordance with the manufacture's specifications. These specifications insist that all areas adjacent to the infested site be treated as well. In some instances, to keep costs down, this aspect is waived. If Birds return to these untreated adjacent areas however, these cannot be included as part of the guarantee. The products should however last for Five (5) years, and even up to Seven (7) years if used in a sheltered and dust-free environment.
