Human Resources Management is the cornerstone and foundation for effective BBBEE accreditation. We perform a consultancy role in assisting our clients to compile the necessary data so that they may be accredited by verification agencies, in line with the published codes of good practice.

Our experience in the identification, validation and the conducting of organisational and human resources assessments and audits commenced in 1992. The presentation and preparation of this data was submitted for ratification and verification, for the awarding of exported products to the USA and Europe.

This experience has been useful to BDM Directions in assisting organisations in preparing for BBBEE accreditation including the development and implementation of plans for improvement.
