Tai Chi:

Tai Chi is traditionally an ancient Chinese Martial Art Form whichencompasses a series of gentle, graceful movements.

The movements are practiced slowly, withoutimpact and are non-strenuous and therefore Tai Chi is suitable for all ages andlevels of fitness.

Each movement that is done is related andimpacts on the body and mind helping to restore and encourage its functionsleading to a healthier body.



Qi Gong, translated as “Energy work”, is aninternal style which places great emphasis on breathing techniques and themanipulation of one’s own energy.

The practice is wonderfully calming, yet atthe same time it brings an acute awareness into your body.

This awareness that is created allows the body,all its organs, cells and blood to relax and function properly which in turnactivates your mind
