The Engaged Manager

The one-stop training essential for managers. Both soft skills, like personal interaction, and business skills, including finance and effective thinking, make this a must-have foundation and refresher training programme.

Telephone Etiquette

Phone contact may lack the visual cues of face-to-face contact, but tone and language are equally telling. Give your staff the skills they need to not just listen, but to really hear and, based on this, to respond appropriately.

Effective Thinking Skills

Change the way your staff approach work with a course that introduces them to the processes and tools for problem-solving and critical thinking in the workplace.

Business Writing Skills

Make interactions efficient and effective, cut out wasteful and unnecessary exchanges. Whether internal with colleagues and superiors or external with clients and suppliers, make every written contact count.
