What is it?

With Vodacom Caller Identity, you can easily manage and screen your calls.

As a Vodacom Contract or Top Up customer, you can activate Vodacom Caller Identity to see the number of the person calling you. Prepaid customers have this service by default.

Should the person calling you restrict their number from showing, you will not be able to see the number even though you subscribe to Vodacom Caller Identity.

Why should I use this service?

Identify the number of the person calling you

View callers’ details (name and phone number) if it’s in your phone’s address book

See which network the call originates from (if the caller has not ported to another network or makes use of a Voice over IP application)

How do I get this service?

The Vodacom Caller Identity service is already active for all Prepaid customers.

Visit your nearest Vodacom Shop or contact your Vodacom Service Provider for assistance with activating the Vodacom Caller Identity service.
