All the UNIONTECH light bars are constructed from well designed and durable top and bottom Aluminium Extrusions to resist any possible
deflection. The complete interior consists out of an interlocking structure for durability.
The End Cap Enclosure consists of a well designed and sturdy frame that can house different combinations of clusters and spot lamps.
UNIONTECH uses only the latest generation LED technology together with High Quality Polycarbonate Lenses.

LOW QUALITY POLYCARBONATE LENS
This light bar which is currently supplied to various Government Departments has a flat aluminium composite top and bottom that will easily bend when put under stress. Corrosion marks are already visible on the top surface.
An empty and down to the bare minimum End Cap Enclosure is visible here. Very weak LED’s are put on one printed circuit board to create a cluster of light. These LED’s are exposed to corrosion and the PC board has to absorb all the vibration from the base that causes frequent failures.
Only a very low quality Polycarbonate lens can break like this..!!!!
