Stargrow - Berries

Himbo-Top has been internationally recognised by experts who have expressed great interest in this variety, particularly for covered fruit production, where Himbo-Top production has been outstandingly better than existing cultivars. The fruits are less firm and have a slightly inferior shelf-life to Glen Rosa, predominantly due to poor drupelet cohesion which is sometimes experienced in cool climates.

Stargrow - Citrus

Protected commercial variety This Mandarin is considered to be the most significant new discovery and has excellent propects due to high quality, late maturity, seedlessness and ease of peeling. It is harvested mid February to mid July and mid March to mid August (cool, inland areas). Unique flavour, with high sugars and low acids, low naringin levels. It has a thin rind, a very high juice content and a sweet flavour.

Exceptional drying characteristics as well as appearance and eating quality. Storage ability moderate for 4 weeks at -0,5 degrees Celcius. Bright red skin colour gives a very attractive appearance. Taste good - slightly acid.
