So many people battle to reach their fitness and fat loss goal.
Because most people don’t define what their true fitness and fat loss goal is. Saying you want to lose weight is not a goal! If you wake up tomorrow morning and you weigh 100g less than you did yesterday so you’ve technically achieved your goal.
I’m sure that’s not what you were thinking when you said you would like to lose weight….
