  • Pre-contracts planning.
  • Optimum phasing of project stages to ensure minimal overlap of design  and construction.
  • Project risk assessment and project health and safety plans.
  • Leading projects through to implementation.
  • Advising clients on technical, financial and functional characteristics of projects as proposed.
  • Procurement of offers for the execution of construction works and offering  of advice to clients regarding the award of contracts.
  • Administration of contracts, including inspection of all current works.
  • Providing the client with as-built drawings and relevant technical data on completion of the works.
  • Continuous process improvement of site operations to ensure the meeting of all clients requirements.
