Management consulting activities include HIV & AIDS programme design and implementation; skills transfer, coaching, and mentoring of implementation; behavioural and social research; assessment and evaluation research design, implementation, and reporting; and support to strategic and operational planning and implementation. The training component comprises the development of customised courses in HIV & AIDS Peer Education Skills, HIV & AIDS Peer Counselling Skills, and programmes for the Management of HIV & AIDS within workplaces of all sizes and types. For all of the above activities the company has previously been engaged in work with the private and public sectors, for both workplace-based assignments and community-based programmes.

Activities include Employee Wellness workplace auditing and programme design and implementation; skills transfer, coaching and mentoring; evaluation research; and strategic and operational planning. The training component comprises courses on Life Skills; Wellness Behavioural Modification; Psychiatric Disability; and Management of Employee Wellness.

Training conducted by RGE Consulting can, through its associates, offer SAQA/SETA accredited training, on the topics mentioned above. SETA accredited Training Facilitators, Assessors, and Moderators, as well as Skills Development Facilitators are available for assignments, ensuring a high quality of training, and allowing employers to deduct all costs of such training from the Skills Development Levy payable to SARS.
