PROFESSIONAL PPP AND BID MANAGEMENT, construction, retail and design management

Profica has over the past few years been actively involved in a number of PPP’s from the first stage of ‘Request for Qualification through ‘Request for Proposal’ to Preferred Bidder stage. Profica has gained the knowledge and experience to manage the PPP procurement process at consortium level as the bid managers or at Design & Construct level as the D&C Project Managers.

Construction Management, Development and PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Profica provides all technical and administrative management services and expertise in order to effectively plan and manage the project from inception through design development, implementation to completion and project hand-over. Construction Management is also far more cost effective as the various trade contractors are contracted directly and not through a main contractor who would inturn add profit and attendance onto the trade contract sum.


Green Building

Following in their Australian counterpart’s footsteps, the Green Building Council of South Africa is creating a market based Environmental Multi Unit Residential Rating Tool for residential developments. Development of the MUR tool is a collaborative process between the GBCSA Technical Working Group, GBCSA staff and a consulting firm who provide technical support.
