LAMB ON SPIT
This is a traditional lamb on the spit which has been spiced with our special marinade. Once cooked, the lamb is then carved on the spit and ready for your guests to enjoy.
Your choice of: De- boned lamb roast,
De- boned beef roast
De- boned pork roast
The meat after roasted is sliced finely, spiced and then served.
Any four of the dishes below, including salads
Potatoe and cream casserole or Pap tert or a potjie of selected garden fresh vegetables with butter and herbs or samp-bacon-cream casserole, pap and gravy.
Potato, noodle, moulded carrot-pineapple, cole slaw, garden fresh mixed salad with feta cheese and olives, Cucumber moulded. Beetroot.
Baked malva pudding, soaked in a rich syrup, served hot with custard
Chocolate Malva Pudding with Ice Cream
Trifle or Apple tart with custard
