We have a two way recruitment process with the client/employer and the candidate, and for the candidate we do the following:

  • First we source them personally either  by way of head head-hunting or placing ads depending on the position and urgency of it
  • We screen the candidate by interviewing them applying competency based recruitment methods and checking their personality traits for the job
  • We check at-least 3 references
  • We double check with candidate for ID, Educational Qualifications and drivers licenses or relevant documentation required by the client
  • We then match the candidate to the employer/client based on the above information
  • We then brief the candidate on the job and the client once they have been short-listed
  • Once we have shortlisted the best/top candidates we introduce them the client/employer
  • Finally both the successful and unsuccessful candidates are given feedback and we close the recruitment process.

For the client /employer we do the following:

  • The client/employer identifies the vacancy
  • We prepare a job description and person specification based on the vacancy(On request if absent)
  • We advertise the vacancy if not on our data base, which happens very rarely
  • We do the collection/hand-over of CV’s
  • We do the screening/response handling
  • Capturing(long-listing of applicants)
  • Short-listing
  • Arrange and conducting interviews
  • Decision making and involving the client
  • Final placement
