Bazifon Specialises in all aspects of Industrial Relations (IR) and will perform all services as required by the Labour Legislation. These services along with other will be performed at the premises of the Employer at the Employers’ convenience. These services include:
Bargaining Counsel Representaion
i. Compiling of the following documents, ensuring that they are in accordance with Legislation:
• Employment Agreements
• Disciplinary Codes
• Verbal Warnings
• Written Warnings
• Final Written Warnings
• Notice of disciplinary hearing
• Sick Leave Register
ii. Introduction and implementation of disciplinary procedures as prescribed by Legislation.
iii. Representation and chairing of in-house disciplinary hearings.
iv. Representation at the CCMA and Bargaining Counsels.
v. Representation with all Trade Union Negotiations.
vi. Strike control.
vii. Management of retrenchments and mutual separations.
viii. Representation in Labour Court (Terms and Conditions apply)
xi. One Occupational Health and Safety analysis per annum.
x. Occupational Health and Safety awareness training for Management and staff.
xi. Basic Labour Relations training for management.
Every Client of Bazifon receives an allocated consultant to ensure that our Clients always speak to the same consultant. This ensures that our members are always familiar with their consultant and speaks to someone they trust. All of our consultants are trained specialists in Labour Relations. Personal consultants are available from 8am to 8PM, 7 days a week to ensure that our members can receive service when they need it.
