Taking into account that the sound & lighting plays an extremely important role in terms of atmosphere and mood, we have chosen to use professional EV(Electronic Voice) equipment.  Insuring that all your guests/colleges have experienced full enjoyment and your Goals are met!

·         Staging

No event will ever be the same, so in turn requirements will differ each time. Catwalks, stages and podiums/platforms will be designed to suit the nature of the event and its environment.

·         Audio Visual solutions

Audio Visual solutions will be designed to suit the nature and environment the event takes place in. We have a variety of mediums to choose from. Plasma screens, Projectors etc.


·         Conference Co-ordination

We provide various conferencing solutions to insure your goals are met during the duration of the conference. Providing the parties taking part in the event with the opportunity to have full enjoyment and leave understanding your vision! With our network we are capable of looking after every aspect of the conference.

We can provide audio & visual Equipment, PA systems as well as Delegate microphone and recording systems. Your choice will be made to suit the nature and objectives of the conference.

We can provide snacks and refreshments and if need be a full catering service, Including Bar service.

We can brand all the material that is used (pens, note pads T-shirts etc.) during the duration of the conference creating brand awareness and creating an exciting feel for your Brand/Produce.

We will look after sound & lighting, Audio & visual solutions, staging, décor & design, catering & bar services. We can organize and co-ordinate onsite promotions, by providing all the mechanics that are required to manage the launch: Running branding, providing promotional staff and collect data are some of the services that we can offer and will adapt to your needs.

When a new product enters the market, it is important to create brand awareness right from the start. With a full understanding of your product we will design and implement a solution to suit the nature of your product. 

We will design and implement a strategy that will suit the nature of your Brand/Product. And see to it that data is captured so that you can make record of your progress. 

·         Branding

Not all of our goals can be met on inadequate budget. To insure your vision is made visible we will identify key brands to associate with your Event and bring their resources forward. (Depending on the nature of the event)

We have a large database of live entertainment acts for you to choose from. Once we have a full understanding as to what atmosphere and mood you would like us to create, suggestions will be brought forward. A choice can be made.

Live entertainment includes:  DJs, Comedians, Bands, Actors, Magicians, Vocalists and Musicians, Motivational Speakers.
