About the Service Plans Each Guava System is covered by a one-year warranty that begins when you receive your instrument. Millipore Service Plans are designed to take over when the warranty expires. The two-year service plan offers the best value compared to two consecutively purchased one-year service plans. The plan details are outlined below.

The EasyCyte Mini System and PCA System service plans do NOT include preventative maintenance, but do still cover all labor and replacement part costs.
