THE SCOPE OF SERVICES RENDERED TO BUS OPERATORS IS AS FOLLOWS:

The application for a Negotiated Contract with the relevant authorities, the development of a business plan to benchmark the cost of the service to be rendered, negotiations for finance with financial institutions to give effect to the business plan and the implementation of the actual Negotiated or Tendered Contract.

Training on Negotiated/Tendered Contract Management, operations and financial skills through individual development programmes, succession planning, modular training and on the job training.

Compilation of and attendance of budgets and budget meetings, monthly management meetings based on management reports and financial statements, subsidy claim and the monthly meeting with Department of Transport.
