Marital Counselling

Couples counselling or marriage counselling is a service I offer that helps couples gain key insights into their relationship and their partner. Often couples come to counselling in distress or after a crisis, when the relationship feels unbearable and change feels essential. I help couples understand how they relate to each other, what makes their experience of their relationship pleasant, and what makes it feel unbearable. Couples counselling takes anything from one or two to 20 session

Counselling Psychology

Issues I commonly deal with in my practice include relationship problems, divorce, bereavement, anxiety, depression and substance abuse. Counselling is a process and requires hard work. If you are going to see the changes that you want you need to be willing to look at yourself and your circumstances in new ways, and to try different things. An attitude of openness and curiosity is what will guarantee success!
