SepSci Group has invested heavily in its service infrastructure to support and maintain instruments within its product portfolio. We have 18 service engineers and 7 administration staff within the service division to support all your requirements.
Our service engineers are factory trained and certified to carry out preventive maintenance , routine breakdowns and when required can perform instrument validations such as IQ OQ on instruments which require the service.
We have 4 branch offices in Johannesburg, Cape Town Durban and Port Elizabeth with service co-ordinators in each office who will assist you in taking your call and directing it to the service engineer.
