When developing or hiring new staff, you will most likely focus on individual work attainments. Through our testing process, we look mainly at disposition. Underlying traits we look for include motivation, personality, cognitive capacity and interests. The unfortunate truth is that a company develops or in most cases hires people according to their CV but fires them because of their behaviour.
Whilst we cannot make a perfect prediction of an individual's dispoition and the consequential behaviour within a work environment, the closer we can get the better.
