what characteristics and innate qualities a person needs to be a
success in your business.
Once you have the map, it’s easy to follow – now that you know what you are looking for.
When it’s time to recruit, simply run the same assessment on your
prospective employee and you can see at a glance how likely they are to
succeed. If their graph follows the same line, it’s a good indicator
that this person is a keeper. This can even work if you are thinking of
moving someone interdepartmentally.
