Restructured a medium sized consultancy.
Developed policies on customer liason, billing policies, financial management, HR (inc contracts for staff, job descriptions, a staff code) and marketing for the company and procedures on management of client cases. Developed new business processes to identify greater efficiencies which allowed for savings to be made.
Managed the change through getting sponsorship for change, carried out readiness assessments and issues assessments to deal with barriers of change.
Put in place a performance management framework along with communications processes such as 121 meetings, team meetings.
Developed tailored training materials on writing skills, performance management for staff which were rolled out along with leadership coaching to assist with the change process.
