Assessments: Ensuring the best Protectors in the Industry
All BGA Protectors undergo a rigorous assessment once a year. This assessment evaluates both hard skills (fitness, firearm and driving ability) and soft skills (planning ability, computer literacy etc.) Through these assessments BGA is able to rank security personnel based on their strengths. These assessments also help in determining training needs to improve the standard of the Protectors we provide to our clients.
