In 2008 and then again in August 2010 we staged very succesful concerts in Pretoria for all the girl dancers aged 5-12. The aim of the concert was to give the girls an incentive to work towards at the end of the year and also gave family and friends a chance to see what they have been up to. The concerts were an overwhelming success and thoroughly enjoyed by both parents and children alike.

Boys are welcome to join in with the current girls classes.Below you will be able to read about what we offer for each category.

(5-9 years):
Classes are 45 minutes in length. In these classes we focus on developing muscle tone, co-ordination skills and rhythm. Moreleta Park Classes:
Tue (14:45 - 15:30) & Thu (14:45 - 15:30) - Girls Cost:
One class a week: R250 per month
Two classes a week: R360 per month*** Boys classes on request

___________________________________________________________________________ (10-13 years):
Classes are 60 minutes in length. In these classes we focus on developing muscle tone, co-ordination skills, rhythm and flexibility. From my background in Child Kinetics we find that this is the perfect age to be involved in our form of dance as by learning these dance sequences it assists in improving which in turn can benefit the child at school. We also concentrate on learning the different principles of dance and the children will have the opportunity to express their own ideas and make up their own dance routines with our assistance. The aim is to have a bit of freedom and fun all round.Moreleta Park Classes:

Adults (18 years and older):
In today’s day and age many people are not drawn to conventional ways of exercising such as gym and aerobics. These dance classes are 60 minutes in length and offer everything that you would get from a workout in a gym or by doing aerobics. These workouts are high energy and increase strength and flexibility. At the same time you will meet new people who have the same interests as you. *** On request (put on hold for the year 2011)
