Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SR&M) Acquisition Task Order Contract (SATOC) - Contract No. FA3002-08-D-0016 - U.S. Air Force Civil Engineer Support Agency (AFCESA), Tyndall AFB, Florida

Performance Period: May 15, 2008 - May 15, 2018

Contract Ceiling: $4 Billion

The SATOC program contract consists of furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment on projects to maintain, repair, and modernize existing military facilities. Scopes of work and services under this contract include: S/R&M work, facility renovations, infrastructure repairs and construction, demolition, traditional construction, engineering services, fuels and maintenance. Under this contract, J2 will provide construction services at DoD installations worldwide, including remote and austere locations.


Technical Engineering Spacelift Services (TESS) - Contract No. FA2521-08-D-0001 - 45th Space Wing (CONS/LGCA), Patrick AFB, Florida


Performance Period: January 1, 2008 - September 30, 2013        
Contract Ceiling: $31 Million over 5 years

The Technical Engineering and Spacelift Services (TESS) task order contract consists of furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment to supply such services as project management, engineering programming, engineering studies, engineering design and review, computer based modeling and three dimensional imaging, environmental compliance support, subcontracting, testing, inspection, documentation, cost control, scheduling, cost estimating, life-cycle cost analysis, economic analysis, computer systems support, energy management and business plan development and analysis. The contract also includes providing necessary subcontract construction activities as required. These services support a continuous need to repair, modify, and construct critical launch facilities, launch support facilities, utilities (electric, water, wastewater, etc.) and ground systems to meet both continuing and changing mission needs.


Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) - Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Construction Services - Contract No. 401817D031 - U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services (USFWS), Region 4

Performance Period: June 2007 - June 2012       

Contract Ceiling: $10 Million over 5 years


The purpose of this MATOC is to provide construction services for a broad range of building and civil works repair, maintenance, renovation, and construction projects, in support of the USFWS.  Task Orders vary in size from $2,000 to $2 million and primarily include construction, repair and maintenance projects, but may also include projects involving a variety of trades.


Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) - For Military  Construction Projects in Alabama and Florida - Contract No. W91278-07-D-0073 - U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District

Performance Period: June 2007 - June 2012       

Contract Ceiling: $100 Million over 5 years



SATOC contract to provide military construction projects in Alabama and Florida. Work is primarily located at Hurlburt Field and MacDill AFB, FL. Work includes new construction, technology infrastructure upgrades, correction of life safety deficiencies, and renovations and repair of facilities at military installations. Potential projects include, but are not limited to: administrative facilities; academic facilities (applied and general instruction); base support and facility maintenance shops; child development centers; physical fitness centers; vehicle maintenance and engine repair shops; lodging facilities (barracks, dormitories, and officers quarters); food service facilities; public safety facilities ( police, fire and crash rescue); airfield structures (including rigid and flexible paving); and research, development and testing facilities.


Indefinate  Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) - Design-Build and Construction Contract for General Building Type Projects in the Northern Florida and Southern Georgia Areas - Department of the Navy, Naval Facility Engineering Command Southeast - Contract No. N69450-07-D-1275

Performance Period: August 2007 - August 2012  

Pool Contract Value: $60 Million over 5 years   

 

ID/IQ contract to provide construction services for the Northern Florida and Southern Georgia area for general building type projects (new construction and renovations). Projects include, but are not limited to, aviation and aircraft facilities, marine facilities, barracks and personnel housing facilities, administrative facilities, warehouses and supply facilities, abatement and handling of hazardous/regulated materials (including and not limited to asbestos, lead paint, mold remediation, and PCB's). Projects (task orders) issued under this contract may require either single discipline or multi-discipline design services or may include 100% construction performance specifications, and may also require comprehensive interior design and incorporation of sustainable features.

Performance Period: August 15, 2007 - August 14, 2012

Design-Build ID/IQ Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) to provide construction projects that will primarily consist of general building type projects, (new construction, renovations, alterations, demolition, repair work and any necessary design) including industrial, airfield, aircraft hangar, aircraft traffic control, infrastructure, administrative, training, dormitory and community support facilities for Department of Defense activities in the States of South Carolina and Georgia managed by the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southeast.
