STEP 1: UNDERSTANDING CLIENT REQUIREMENTS AND STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
- We meet you to ensure we understand your recruitment requirements as well as your company’s goals, strategies and culture.
- We agree the scope of the role, its responsibilities, reporting lines and the compensation with you and then discuss the search parameters including target companies and geographical remit.
- Post our meeting with you we prepare a Proposal incorporating all the pertinent points relating to the Search (including confirmation of our costs) and we sign it and ask you to sign it too.
