Industrial Relations

This is often a difficult issue as one cannot necessarily have legal representation and the client is disadvantaged when dealing with an ex employee or employees who are represented by Union officials. We can also assist with wage conciliations in this regard.

Coaching is becoming one of the most effective ways of improving an employee’s performance or grooming a manager. Development programs have been worked out for the development of BBBEE delegates which include mentoring in all aspects of the work situation.

Coaches for staff and/or management can be provided on any level. Our coaches are all fully certified and have been professionally trained. Rates can be negotiated for the different levels of coaches required.


A comprehensive mentoring program is available for staff, which includes personality profiling / psychometric testing and a development plan for each individual.
