Customer services are an integral part of our operations. Our service department is dedicated to solve problems before they arise. With our quality of technical support it is our goal to ensure maximum uptime and a long service life from all the units that we supply.

All technical support and services are done by Hitech Laser Systems, which is a fully affiliated company of Hitech Lasers. HLS presently maintain a local base of approximately 500 lasers of which most are medical lasers and the remaining are industrial and scientific research laser systems.
Apart from call-out services all lasers are serviced bi-annually or more regularly if usage is high, as a down time preventative measure. The clients have the option to either pay for the individual service or an alternative service contract can entered into.
Hitech Lasers has well trained laser technicians who are internationally trained at various manufacturers. The technicians are current in their training and knowledge.
