Whole-wheat pizza base (see recipe)
Your choice of sauce or our Spicy chutney for Pizza bases (see recipe)
½ yellow pepper, deseeded and sliced
½ red pepper, deseeded and sliced
1 baby marrow cut into circles
6 mushrooms, sliced
½ avocado, sliced
½ cup mozzarella cheese, grated
Black pepper to taste
Sprinkle mixed herbs
Few sprigs rosemary, chopped
Few sprigs basil, chopped
- Spread some sauce or chutney onto the uncooked pizza base
- Add the vegetables and then the mozzarella cheese.
- Season with black pepper and the herbs.
- Bake at 160ºC for about 8-10 minutes or until the base is nice and crispy and the cheese is melted.
