· Monthly capturing of all payroll related information, i.e. changes to employee information, 3 party deductions, etc
· Processing of “The Client’s payroll
· Balancing, reconciling and provision of hard copy management information
· Effective management of employee’s leave
· A secure method of electronic funds transfer of salaries/wages and 3 party payments on scheduled pay dates
· Provision of monthly payroll management report packs
· Provision of a call centre for management of all payroll related queries by “The Client’s employee’s
· Monthly printing of employee payslips
· Annual printing of employee IRP5 Certificates and submission of all necessary information to the South African Revenue Services.
· Accurate 3 party payment remittances and reconciliations including statutory returns such as PAYE, UIF, etc.
· Employee, 3 party and creditor payments will be managed effectively and timeously via the Paxsal deduction and reconciliation software
· Paxsal will ensure compliance with Bargaining Council and BCEA minimum net wage rules regarding deductions
· Monthly deductions will be administered and reconciled
